How enquiry, chat, and analytics information is handled.

The site stores contact form submissions, offline chat enquiries, live chat transcripts, and basic visitor analytics so the firm can manage client intake, monitor website performance, and respond to enquiries.

Analytics are privacy-conscious. The system records page visits, session identifiers, referrers, device type, browser, and current online visitor status. IP addresses are hashed rather than stored in plain form. Country and city fields exist for future privacy-conscious enrichment but are not required.

Information submitted through forms or chat does not create an advocate-client relationship until the firm has completed conflict checks and formally accepted instructions.
